This a great time and come out and meet , other riders , and some of your fvmba executive’s.
With our AGM coming ,maybe this is the time to get more involved.
Or just dress up and bring that bike and lets ride.

It’s really looking pretty on our rides right now with the color and leaves falling.

The S.O.B had a fair size tree which had decided to lay down over the trail.
Mr. Chainsaw convinced the tree to move, trail is now clear, tree sorry.
What a pretty time of the year with all the leaves changing color.

Ledgview trails are in great shape. Thanks to the trail builders for blowing the leaves of the trail and doing some trail maintenance on the weekend. Keep up the good work.

Feh. Who cares about a little rain!!!

In fact, yes - we’ll still go for it, unless it’s a torrential down-pour.

I’ll post here that morning anyway.

And, Hey!!! Trevor’s got a costume figured that is only questionably 14A rated; knowing Trevor, it’s probably fairly close to an “R” rating. Either way, it’s likely to get some laughs, and I think we need to one-up him.

So, don’t be shy - grab the clown shoes, face paint and rubber nose and LET’S GO!!!

There will be refreshments for after. (or instead of in case of rain out???? - whatdya say, Trevor?)

What kind of bike is best suited for Ledgeview? Hardtail or full suspension?

Steve — October 31, 2008 @ 7:46 pm

Yes.

I’ve seen both kinds up there. Depends what you like.

I didn’t make it out myself - I was helping my stupid kid get his car out of a mud hole - but I’ve been told it went well. Great weather, creative costumes, good turnout. I did make it there just as everyone was packing up - I was gearing up just as pumpkin-head was finished.

Anyway… here’s a group shot.
