Mid-August Trail Crew Update

A mountain bike feature on a trail where a large boulder leads onto a wooden ramp.

The original drop had rotten supports & was unstable. Converted to a ramp, it's now safe to send.

After several weeks at Bear & Red, trail crew headed back to Sumas, this time to work on Time Killer. Brushing, raking, clearing drains, and some bridge repair have it now running in great shape.

While on Sumas, the crew also cleared the deadfall on Old Saw and fixed up an old feature so it’s now safe to ride again. There’s lots more work to be done, so please check features before you send it. The crew will be back again in the fall but is headed to Chilliwack to work in the Community Forest and other areas for the next few weeks.
